Resistance training is no rocket sciense – at least it does not have to be, so during our cooperation I focus on keeping everything clear, practical, and easy to understand. I won’t just guide you through the workouts, but we’ll build the knowledge together that will help you move confidently in the gym. I put emphasis on the whys, so you will always understand why and when are we doing certain exercises.
We create a training program and habits that are truly sustainable. In case of a recreational athlete, the most important factor is that they really enjoy their trainings, and that they look forward to going to the gym.
We break down your main goal to smaller, motivating milestones. We’ll track your training so you always know where you stand and how you’re progressing toward your goals.
When it comes to nutrition, I believe in practical tips that translate well to the everyday life – bringing you closer to your goals without extremes and restrictions.
